Appointments: appointments can be made online, through the MindBody app, and through our social media accounts.
Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not meet this requirement, 50% of the service will be charged to your account.
No Show: You will be charged 100% of the service cost if you do not show up to your appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, we will still be finishing at the scheduled time and you will be responsible for paying for the service that was originally booked.
Infills: When you book in for your infill, you are expected to have 50% of lashes remaining. If you have less than 50% of your extensions left, you will need to book in for an extended fill. We will do our best to fill work from other studios, however, if the work previously done is compromising your lashes, we will have to remove them and start with a fresh full set. Full sets need to be 24 hours after any removal.
Payment: We accept cash, EMT, & all major credit cards except AMEX. Our lash artists work hard to customize each set of lash extensions and provide the best experience for you – gratuity is always appreciated.

At this time, all House of Glam products are FINAL SALE. This means we do not accept returns.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we will email you a return shipping label to send back to us free of charge. Once we have received the damaged/products sent in error, we will send the correct ones out.
