Diamond Sealant, AKA super bonder, is a curing agent that cures(dries) the adhesive starting with the inside and working its way out.
Now, you may ask, “how does that work?”. Well, it contains very small molecules that enable the liquid to go through the adhesive and reach the natural lash. It’s magical!
When you have product with larger molecules such as silicone, the product will sit on the surface area and not penetrate through.
Diamond Sealant contains molecules that are so incredibly small which allow them to penetrate through the drop of adhesive much faster and more effective to begin curing right at the natural lash and working its way out to the surface of the adhesive.
You know that feeling when your adhesive is sticky?
That’s because the adhesive isn’t curing fast enough, or the super bonder, mister, or environment isn’t working for you.
When the outside of the adhesive bubble - that you place on the synthetic lash then apply to the natural lash- begins to cure from the outside instead of the inside of the adhesive (close to the lash) it will not cure for a long time and will make the bond sticky and very poor.
This is why Diamond Sealant is so helpful for us lash artists and keeps our clients lashes ON FOR LONGER than average.
